1.Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and tvb99 ("tvb99", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the online gambling services available at tvb99.pro, including all casino games, sports betting markets, crash games, and any other wagering products offered on the site.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of tvb99.pro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the tvb99 platform.

tvb99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, tvb99 will endeavour to notify registered users by email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

2.Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of tvb99 is restricted to persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By accessing the Platform you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. tvb99 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation from any user at any time. Accounts found to belong to users under 21 will be suspended immediately and any balance may be forfeited.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, not on behalf of any third party, business, or corporation.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, and you have satisfied yourself as to the legality of using tvb99 in your location.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from tvb99 or any affiliated platform on the grounds of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• You are using funds from legitimate sources and are not engaging in the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful activity.

tvb99 employs automated and manual age and identity verification procedures. Where a verification check is triggered, the relevant account will be placed in a restricted state until the required documentation is provided and reviewed. Deposits may be accepted during this period, but withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete. This procedure exists to protect all users and to maintain the integrity of the platform.

4.Account Registration and KYC

To access the full range of tvb99 services, including the ability to deposit funds and place wagers, you must register a verified account. Registration requires the following:

• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number, which will serve as your primary login identifier and the channel through which OTP verification codes and withdrawal notifications are delivered.
• A strong password meeting tvb99's minimum security requirements (minimum eight characters, including at least one number and one letter).
• Confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older and that you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy in full.
• Where tvb99's KYC (Know Your Customer) process is triggered, you will be required to provide government-issued identification and, where applicable, proof of address. Supported identification documents include the Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) and valid passport.

All information provided at registration and during any subsequent KYC check must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and entitles tvb99 to suspend or permanently close the relevant account without notice and without obligation to return any balance.

5.Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

tvb99 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The following conditions apply to all payment transactions on tvb99:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no stated maximum deposit, though individual transaction limits may be imposed by your mobile wallet provider (e.g., bKash daily limits).
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by tvb99 support following a formal request. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of your funds.
• Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within the same business day. Processing times may be longer for accounts subject to ongoing verification or where a withdrawal triggers an internal risk review.
• tvb99 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requiring documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited. This is a regulatory obligation and not a reflection of suspicion directed at any individual player.
• Deposits are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tvb99 does not currently support multi-currency wallets. All account balances are displayed and settled in BDT.

tvb99 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. Any fees charged by your mobile wallet provider or bank in connection with a payment to or from tvb99 are outside tvb99's control and are solely the responsibility of the user. Users are advised to check with their payment provider regarding applicable transfer fees before initiating a transaction.

6.Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

tvb99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Each promotion specifies its own wagering requirement (rollover). The rollover multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting promotions), and expiry period are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering completion process, or used in any way not expressly permitted by the terms of the relevant promotion.
• tvb99 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, where it has reason to believe the promotion is being abused, exploited, or is otherwise operating contrary to its intended purpose.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on tvb99 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not available to ordinary human users.
• Colluding with other players to fix bet outcomes, share winnings from coordinated bets, or exploit any promotional offer cooperatively in a manner not intended by tvb99.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, including proceeds of crime, fraudulently obtained funds, or funds connected to terrorist financing.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's underlying software, game engines, random number generators, or security systems.
• Registering or operating accounts on behalf of another individual, acting as an agent for third-party players, or running any form of unlicensed betting shop, pool, or syndicate using tvb99 infrastructure.
• Publishing, distributing, or transmitting any content via the Platform (including chat, support tickets, or community features) that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.

tvb99 investigates all reports of prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is ongoing, the relevant account(s) will be suspended and no withdrawals will be processed until the investigation is concluded. The outcome of any investigation is final and binding.

8.Responsible Gaming

tvb99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among its player base. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools free of charge to all registered account holders:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount that can be deposited into your tvb99 account. Once set, a deposit limit can be decreased immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out. Session limits reset every 24 hours and can be adjusted in account settings.
• Cooling-off period: temporarily suspend access to the casino and betting sections of tvb99 for a period of between 24 hours and 30 days. Your account remains active for balance enquiries but all wagering functionality is disabled during the cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: permanently or indefinitely close your account and block re-registration. Self-exclusion is immediate and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players requesting self-exclusion should contact tvb99 support at [email protected].

9.Intellectual Property

All content on tvb99.pro — including but not limited to the tvb99 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software architecture, and game content displayed on the Platform — is the intellectual property of tvb99 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of tvb99. Unauthorised use of tvb99 intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tvb99 shall not be liable to any user for:

• Any loss of funds, winnings, or other economic loss arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, connectivity failures, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any losses suffered as a result of the actions of third parties, including payment providers, game studios, internet service providers, or other users of the Platform.

11.Privacy and Data Protection

tvb99 collects, processes, and retains personal data in connection with the operation of its services, including for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the tvb99 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy. tvb99 does not sell personal data to third parties and does not use personal data for any purpose other than those described in the Privacy Policy. All personal data is stored with appropriate technical and organisational security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption in transit and encrypted storage at rest.

12.Account Suspension and Termination

tvb99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where the user is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7.
• Where the user has made a withdrawal request that has triggered an internal risk review, pending the conclusion of that review.
• Where tvb99 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, regulatory directive, or the lawful request of a relevant authority.

13.Amendments to These Terms

tvb99 may revise these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes — defined as changes that alter user rights, introduce new obligations, or modify the financial terms of any product — tvb99 will provide at least seven days' advance notice via email to the registered address on the affected account, or via a prominent in-platform notification. Your continued use of tvb99 after the effective date of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a revised version of the Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate account closure.

14.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of tvb99, you agree to first contact tvb99 customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. tvb99 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents tvb99 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing harm.
