About tvb99 — Built for Bangladesh, Trusted by Players Nationwide

Our Story

tvb99 was created with a straightforward goal: to give players in Bangladesh access to the same quality of online casino and sports betting experience that players in other countries have long enjoyed — but built specifically around how people in Bangladesh actually use the internet, manage money, and follow sport. That meant building a platform that runs flawlessly on a mid-range Android device over a Grameenphone or Robi connection, accepts deposits through bKash and Nagad without friction, and offers cricket betting markets that reflect the matches Bangladeshi fans actually care about: BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and the Bangladesh Tigers' international fixtures.

The platform launched with a core set of live casino tables, a slots lobby, and cricket betting. Since then, it has grown to include crash games like Aviator and Mines, Monster Plinko, a full sportsbook covering football, kabaddi, and other sports popular in Bangladesh, and a constantly expanding game catalogue powered by certified providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Every addition has been measured against the same question: does this genuinely serve the needs of a player in Bangladesh, or is this just a feature imported from a platform designed for somewhere else?

What has not changed since the beginning is the underlying principle: tvb99 exists to serve players in Bangladesh, not to retrofit a global product for a local market. The difference matters. A global platform designed for European or North American users will accept credit cards, reference regulations players in Bangladesh have no context for, and assume internet speeds and device capabilities that do not reflect the reality of someone playing on a Symphony or Walton Primo phone in Rajshahi or Barisal. tvb99 was built from the ground up with those realities in mind.

Our Mission and Values

tvb99's mission is to provide Bangladesh's adult players with a safe, fair, and genuinely enjoyable online gaming experience that respects local culture, works on local infrastructure, and pays out reliably through the payment methods people already use. Every decision we make is measured against six core values:

Who We Serve

tvb99 is designed for adult players in Bangladesh — specifically those who follow cricket closely, enjoy the fast-paced format of crash games, like the variety of a large slots lobby, or want to experience the atmosphere of a live baccarat or roulette table without travelling to a physical casino. The platform is built for people who use their phone as their primary computing device, who rely on bKash or Nagad for day-to-day financial transactions, and who expect a product to work well the first time without requiring extensive setup, downloads, or documentation.

We serve players from every part of Bangladesh — from Dhaka's Gulshan and Motijheel neighbourhoods to the tea gardens of Sylhet, the port city of Chittagong, the coastal beaches of Cox's Bazar, and the river delta towns of Khulna and Barisal. The platform is equally accessible whether you are connecting via a home Wi-Fi router in Dhaka or a mobile data connection in Mymensingh or Comilla. We do not serve users under the age of 21. All accounts require age confirmation at registration, and the 21+ requirement is a non-negotiable condition of using tvb99.

Our Game Providers and Technology Partners

tvb99 works exclusively with certified, independently audited game providers. The live casino lobby is powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi — three studios that set the global standard for live dealer game quality, video reliability, and table variety. The slots catalogue features titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other certified studios, all with published RTP figures. Crash games including Aviator are provided by Spribe, whose provably fair algorithm allows any player to independently verify the fairness of every round outcome. tvb99 does not host uncertified or grey-market game software. Every provider on the platform has been assessed for certification status, payout reliability, and software integrity before integration.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

tvb99 takes responsible gaming seriously as a matter of principle, not just compliance. The platform enforces the 21+ age requirement at registration and provides every account holder with tools to manage their play: deposit limits that cap how much can be added to the account per day, week, or month; session time limits that automatically log out the account after a set period; cooling-off options that temporarily suspend access to the betting and casino sections; and full self-exclusion for players who want a longer break. These tools are accessible inside the account dashboard after login, not buried in a help article.

If gambling stops being a form of entertainment and starts to feel like a compulsion, tvb99 strongly encourages players to use the self-exclusion tool and to reach out for support. The responsible gaming page contains detailed guidance on recognising problem gambling patterns and finding support resources available in Bangladesh. Casino games involve real financial risk — always play with money you can afford to lose, set a session budget before you start, and never chase losses. Playing at tvb99 is for adults aged 21 and above only.
